    Exchange Policy

    You can exchange your rings if you have ordered an incorrect size within 14 days after your order is delivered. All exchanges will be subjected for review and only approved exchanges can be processed. 

    How do I exchange my ring?

    1. Email as at support@zoey.ph with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
    2. We will review your exchange request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, we will email you the details of returning the ring back to our head office. Please ensure that the rings are returned without any sign of damage/wear & tear with complete packaging it came with.
    3. Once the ring has been returned, we will inspect the ring for damages/signs of wear and tear. If deemed damage, we will cancel the exchange request and you may pick up your ring from our head office.
    4. There is a handling fee of P600 plus shipping fee of P109 that needs to be paid before we process your exchange.
    5. When payment has been received, we will ship out the replacement ring to your shipping address. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

    Exchanging to a different design

    If your request is approved, you can exchange it to a different design as you wish. If the ring you wish to exchange has a lower price point than your original purchase, there is no refund for the price difference.

    However if you want to select a higher price point for your replacement, you need to pay the difference from your original purchase . This will be added to the payment request together with the handling + shipping fee.

    Terms and Conditions

    • All exchange request must be approved by management before processing.
    • Handling fee is an amount charged to a customer to cover any additional expenses related to order fulfilment, labour and restocking costs incurred from your exchange request.
    • If we received your original ring with signs of damage or wear and tear, we will cancel the exchange request, so please make sure the ring you are exchanging is in new condition (not worn or used)
    • You will shoulder the shipping cost of the ring that you want to exchange.
    • An extra shipping fee is charged to shoulder the cost of reshipping the new replacement ring to you.
