    How do I pay?

    You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, QR Ph, BillEase instalments, or online banking (BPI, UnionBank, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank). All online payments are processed securely.

    Bank deposit
    Choose Bank Deposit at checkout and we'll email you our bank details. Once you've paid, email your deposit slip or payment confirmation to support@zoey.ph so we can process your order.

    Cash on delivery
    Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping is a flat ₱109, and free on orders over ₱7,000.

    How long until I receive my order?

    Please allow 2–5 business days for processing after your order is confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery takes:

    • Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
    • Luzon: 3–5 business days
    • Visayas and Mindanao: 4–7 business days

    For bank deposit orders, processing starts once we've confirmed your payment.

    Can I get my order sooner?

    Rush processing is available for a ₱300 fee. Contact our customer service team to check whether your order qualifies.

    Who delivers my order?

    We ship with Xend. You'll receive a tracking number by SMS or email once your order ships.
